About Egbatan Studio
Egbatan Studio was born from the space between thought and creation; a quiet threshold where ideas find their voice and art takes its first breath. Here, we shape stories, sounds, and forms that speak to both mind and heart. Each work begins as a whisper of imagination and grows, through craft and care, into something that can be seen, heard, and felt.
The name Egbatan carries the memory of an ancient city; Haŋgmatana, “the place of gathering.” Long ago, it was where minds met and visions merged, where the wisdom of many became the soul of one civilization. In the Hamedani tongue, the softening of /k/ to /g/ keeps that name alive, echoing through centuries as Egbatan: a word that gathers time, language, and meaning in a single breath.
To us, Egbatan Studio is more than a name. It is a reminder that art is, at its heart, a meeting; of people, of ideas, of worlds.
